A leadoff walk wouldn’t fluster Devan as he would strike out the next 3 batters looking.
In the bottom of the 6th Luke B would lead off with a walk and 2 stolen bases. Walks following to Mason, Dylan, and Richard would give BWAA another run, and an rbi groundout by Devan would make the score 7-4 headed into the 6th.
Nathan would take the mound for the Bulldogs in the 6th. After the first 2 hitters would reach base, Big Red would strike out the last 3 Brookline batters looking to give the home team the win, 7-4.
Coach Marc would tell the boys after the game, good job, everyone contributed!
